We are committed to working with our clients and teaching them how to get organized and simplify. We’ve designed our programs with your success in mind. We believe that by utilizing the tools, resources, information and guidance we provide, you will achieve success. However, we cannot guarantee any minimum level of results or suggest that the testimonials of our clients will be typical of your experience.

REFUND POLICY

We hope that you thoroughly enjoy and find value in the programs that you sign up for! Please note that there are no refunds available for classes and workshops. The reason is simple. The more committed you are, the more successful you will be. Please only enroll if you’re really ready to commit to being successful. You will receive the program coursework as well as other documents and materials upon registration. Additionally, if the program is being recorded, you will have access to the recordings as a registrant of the program. Your engagement in the program is critical to your success. We’ll teach you how to apply to materials, but it is your responsibility to show up, to utilize the information and resources provided, and to put the information we teach into action.  Refund policy for individual coaching programs is outlined in the coaching agreement that is signed at the commencement of the coaching engagement.  Refund policy for retreats is outlined on the specific retreat’s webpage description and in the terms on the registration and payment page.

From time to time, we recommend products and/or services for sale. These recommendations are always based on a belief that the product or service will provide excellent and valuable information or service based on a review of that product, our relationship with that organization, or a previous positive experience with the person or company whose product or service we are recommending. Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell, trade or rent our list to anyone. If you’d like to be removed from our subscriber list for any reason, you may unsubscribe using the link provided at the bottom of the email you receive.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you contact us via the “Contact” page, you are required to enter your name, email, phone number and location.

We collect this information for the sole purpose of responding to your contact request.  We keep contact form submissions indefinitely for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with

Third party information may be shared with the following third party providers: Bluehost (webhosting), MailChimp (newsletter), PayPal (payment processing), Square (payment processing).  Refer to the links provided for information about each provider’s individual privacy policy.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Payments made using links from the website are processed in a secure environment. Steps are taken to regularly validate the personal information that is held to ensure that the information is accurate and, where necessary, up to date. Information that is no longer required for any valid business purpose, and that is not required to be keep pursuant to any applicable law, will be routinely destroyed by secure means.
